You must live within 15 minutes of your practitioner for home visits. Home visits outside this area are accepted on a case by case basis and are subject to a travel fee of $50+.
For twins, a $100 fee will be added.
If you are self-pay you have the option to use your Healthcare Spending Account HSA or FSA card at checkout. We can provide a super bill for possible reimbursement from your insurance. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Insurances we accept: Cigna, Tricare West, and United Healthcare. We do offer Medicaid discounts if you have Medicaid for your insurance.
