Holistic IBCLC Lactation Consultant offering virtual lactation consultations in the United States

Meet the Founder

Hey there! I’m Nicole, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant aka IBCLC and founder of Tiny Wellness. Tiny Wellness was created after I struggled with breastfeeding my first born. I was living in a remote area with little to no help and I felt isolated and very confused. I spent many nights crying at the kitchen table wanting to throw in the towel. I knew in those moments I never wanted another mom to feel the way I felt, so I went on to pursue my IBCLC credential.

Today, I combine my background in Public Health, Psychology, and Nutrition and bring a holistic approach to lactation care for the families I serve.

Tiny Wellness was created back in 2020 and since then I have helped hundreds of moms feel more confident in their breastfeeding journey. Not only do I take a look at your breastfeeding concerns, but I will also dive deep into your postpartum healing and well being. I believes we have to take care of the mother first, so the mom can thrive and best care for her baby.

During our appointments I will bring evidence based care in a comfortable and casual atmosphere. We will work through all your questions and concerns and maybe even crack a few jokes. Postpartum can be heavy, so don’t feel ashamed to shed some tears too. I always say - you have to feel to heal.

As a homeschooling mom of two and a military spouse, I made the bold decision in 2026 to switch my practice to primarily virtual care. The military life has us moving around a lot and being fully virtual gives me more freedom to homeschool my children. Plus now I can focus on helping moms all over the world - how cool is that?!

I feel so honored to be trusted with each and every infant feeding journey I am invited into. Postpartum is a vulnerable and emotional time and I do not take that lightly. I absolutely love what I do and whole heartedly care for all the families I work with and I promise you will feel that during our appointments. I can’t wait to get to know you and your baby and help you thrive in your motherhood journey. Talk soon!
